Heather Ingle is from the heart of the Rocky Mountains in Missoula, MT.
She received a Bachelor's of Arts in Public Health and a Bachelor's of Science in Health Sciences from Carroll College. After a deep conversion to her Catholic faith in college, her pursuit of the medical field was replaced with a desire to give her whole life to the Church and Her people, specifically Her young people. She served as a Campus Minister for three years-- one year at the University of Detroit Mercy where she met her husband, and two years at Villanova University in Pennsylvania--while finishing her Master's in Theology and certification in Church Management.
The past two years Heather has served St. Mary Parish as a middle school teacher while volunteering in the Level I atrium for school and parish children. Through this experience with the children, Heather has been particularly struck by the developmental stages of the child, their unique needs, and the different questions that burn within their hearts as they discover their place in the Church and the world.
Heather is living her Montanan dream of having a small farm with her husband,Greg. So far, they have a giant garden, a bunch of pigs, meat birds, and laying hens. They hope to add many children and many more animals to the farm! In her free time she loves to do anything outdoors, especially hiking and camping, to read classical and theological works, and to travel.
