St. Mary Youth Group will be hosting a
Live-Action Performance of the Stations of the Cross
on Good Friday, April 18.
The performance will begin 20-30 minutes after the conclusion of the Good Friday Service (roughly 4:30pm). The Stations begin at the bandshell in McCormick Park and generally follow the cement path throughout the park for easy wheel-chair or assisted walking devices.
Everyone is invited to come and “walk with Jesus” as we go through this reverent and prayerful event.

This ‘playlist’ of sorts will take you from wherever you are now to a healthier, peaceful place with your money one small step at a time in about 6 weeks. You’ll watch some lessons from The Catholic Money Course, listen to some episodes of The Catholic Money Show podcast, and complete some exercises along the way. You’re entire financial life won’t be totally renewed in only 40 days, but following this guide will not only get you off to a great start, but also help you see quite a difference in a short time.
Fast and Feed is an initiative to help connect fasting on Ash Wednesday with those who go without food all the time. You simply plug into a calculator what you would normally have eaten on a non-fasting day, and they’ll tell you what you saved on groceries by fasting. Then, you’ll have the opportunity to donate that amount to a Catholic charity that feeds the poor, essentially passing your plate to those in need!
“‘Woman, behold your son!’ Then he said to the disciple, ‘Behold your mother!’ And from that hour the disciple took her into his own home.”
